It has an expanded weapons system, including new and fan-favorite weapons. It has stackable upgrades and powerful Overload abilities as well.
It also offers co-op combat, supporting two players in Story Mode and up to four players in Arcade Mode. It has multiple difficulty settings and various challenge options. However, the fast-paced, action-packed nature of the game can be overwhelming for new players.
